Wheels in stock will generally take 1 to 2 weeks. Wheels not in stock and custom ordered from Watanabe can take 3-5 months depending on your order/customization and their current production schedule. They are all hand made by order in Japan. Please be sure of what you want, Wheel orders are not refundable. If you need assistance in fitment info, options, please contact us.

We ship using USPS and UPS; and Fedex depending on the item and what is cost/time effective. Small items are usually shipped through USPS and larger items through ups. Extra large items may be sent through a freight carrier. Items are shipped once verification of payment is complete and order is processed. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost upon request. It is customers responsibility to receive packages at the address given. Secret Factory is not responsible for packages once in transit. Please check all packages before accepting delivery. If package appears damaged when you receive it, please indicate the condition of the package upon your receipt of goods from carrier along with validation. If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the shipping courier, but we will do our best to facilitate.

We do not accept unauthorized returns. If there is an issue, please contact us first. All returns must be returned in like new condition and original packaging within 5 days of delivery and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns are not accepted for used or custom order items.
